If you decide the program isn't for you, you can get a full refund within these 30 days, as long as you haven't completed more than 30% of the course. It's important to know that after 30 days or if you've gone through more than 30% of the course, refunds aren't possible due to the special nature of our materials and content. Instalment Payment Option:
Choosing the instalment payment option for our online program means agreeing to a similar refund policy. If within 30 days of your most recent payment, and you haven't progressed beyond 30% of the course, you can request a full refund of your last instalment. Please note that previous instalments are not refundable after the 30-day satisfaction period. Also, if you've gone past the 30% completion mark, no refunds are possible, and you're required to fulfill the remaining payments as agreed. Before opting for instalments, please review and agree to these terms.
Course Access and Materials:
Please remember, if you request a refund under either payment option, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. We also ask that you do not use or keep any of our proprietary course materials and delete any such data you may have downloaded.
